Easy stir fry squid with oyster sauce

M and I tried our hand in stir fry with the squid S caught a few days ago.
We used Egg noddles- around 3 cups for 4 persons

Placed in boiling water for 3 minutes


Squid which was cut into rings and lightly fried in the wok



Around a half cup of mixed vegetables - broccoli, carrots, peas.
Stir fry the veggies in the wok


We added oyster sauce and a little soy sauce - about a tablespoon each and salt to taste.

Then we put back the squid in the wok

Then add the stir fry
