Keeping the oils flowing

We've been frying a lot these days but using Extra virgin olive oil to do so.

Extra virgin olive oil is said to lower inflammatory markers in the blood, provide antioxidants like vitamin E and beta-carotene, decrease blood pressure and is linked to cancer prevention. Source
