Chicken Curry Aussie style

Australian tea - means evening tea or dinner
We had creamy chicken and pumpkin curry for tea last night...It's Curry and Rice night...Aussie style!

Made with skinless chicken breast fillet and pumpkin, cooked first in olive then Continental Creamy Chicken Curry recipe base (diluted in water and milk) added in along peas and served with Basmati rice. Serves 4 and very filling.

It's a fairly easy recipe which was taken from the June 2011 issue of Better Homes and Gardens

You can replace the milk with coconut milk and add other vegetable like carrots and potatoes as well.
