Tuna sandwich version 1

For lunch, i made myself a tuna sandwich. I heart tuna.

Here is what I used: tuna in water, cheese, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and horse radish (not in picture)

Butter the bread on one side and toast. Mix the tuna, horse radish with the mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste. On the toast, sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar and spread the tuna mixture. Add the cheese and place another piece of the toasted bread. Cut in half and serve.
